Interesting names? Somehow Spears is still an 82. Our Oline has some great ratings. Gurode made some progress over that pro-bowl appearance.

They did only give Kid Jesus Merriman an 87 on speed, altho I doubt he's faster than Ware. So, that's a LB thing.

Stanback's speed is probably based on the 4.55 40 time floated.

Courteney Brown is crazy fast, and so is Tyson Thompson.

Terry Glenn always gets his speed shafted. At least he got a "Hands" role.

He should be listed as more accurate than Alex Smith, for starters.

If he hadn't made the Pro Bowl, I bet he'd be in the 87 range.

Romo with only a 75 awareness is kind of silly especially since Leinart has a 78.

Leinart didn't play all year and when he did I don't recall him looking all that great.

And he definitely never demonstrated that he knew what was going on around the field more than Romo.

Another funny stat, they gave Keith Davis better man coverage stats than Hamlin.

I think this is actually the best job they've done with the cowboys for a while. There's nothing that just hugely stands out like Rivera being our best lineman or glenn being our best corner.

I do thing Ware should have been a little higher, but that's about the only realy problem I have.

Here's another fun comparison.

Jason Witten - 77 speed.

Vernon Davis - 92 speed

Terry Glenn and Terrell Owens - 93 speed.

I have to figure out a way to snag Davis away from the Niners GM in our franchise league. He's got him up for trade, and there isn't a LB in the league that can hang. I've just got the Bills, so I don't have jack for trade pieces.

Manny Lawson has 90 speed.

how can newman's catching rating be higher than henry's? ware should be 94 overall

I like how they balanced Barber and Jones, both at 86 overall but giving Jones the speed/agility edge, while Barber maintains the power running stuff.

It'll mean that they will be a legitimate combo working inside the Madden game.

Also think Romo got shafted "a little", though I am not too surprised, as he is still rather unproven, even if he put in a stellar performance last year.

Gurode at 90 has me shaking my head, though.
