Yeah. I'm excited to see Romo play. I'm fairly certain the season is over, but hey, I can at least enjoy watching games again. We've been so brutally incompetent for so many games now. It'll be a nice change.

Man you got that right - this team has been literally unwatchable for an NFL franchise.

Just a win. I am forgetting how that feels. Just one....End Carolinas win streak. Do "something" this year.

Call 3 flea flickers in a row, go for every 4th down, .......................................something!!![/quote

Lol, did you see the game plan yesterday??

Our hope is Romo checks out of the entire offense or turns his helmet speaker off!!

So are you routing for the Cowboys to win or lose this week?

it will be the same as it was yesterday. (as I already thought they were dead meat at 2-6.) I rooted like mad during the game for a Cowboys win, but when the clock hit 00:00.....I was not mad at all. Well, I was mad at the incompetent coaching staff, but I wasnt mad that the team just lost. And my immediate thought was.....come draft time, that may help us.

Fair enough.
When the day comes where I have to route against my team I will just not watch and take my family out for a nice lunch.

I can't get excited for the annual NFL crapshoot they call a draft. I scout players and get geeked up for it in March but I just can't care about it in November. It's not like there will be any one player we could draft that would come in and make a real difference next year...
Unless another Adrian Peterson is coming out this year...that man just ran for over 200 yesterday and has his team 7-2... I'm sure he is happy we didn't trade for him right now.

.

yeah, me too. I couldnt root against the team during the game. And actually, I dont think many people do it.....even if they say "I was hoping we lost". Your brain may tell you one thing, but emotions are totally different.

I've been a fan of the Cowboys since the day they lost to the Baltimore Colts in the Super Bowl. I came onboard on a losing day.

Good stuff. It sounded like you were much younger. The fandom for older fans have been tested for 20 years.....

It's interesting to see so many people say it's over and how they won't watch anymore games.
They are lying. They wouldn't be here if they tuned out. They are just so angry and need to vent it towards the team in some fashion.

The psychology of sports fan is a funny thing.

I'll watch every snap.

The Cowboys have no chance.

I used to be the most pessimistic fan in the world, but I'm feeling good. We got Romo back. For all the people that say he masks the coaches inabilities, he's back. For all the people that said he was frustrated with the play called on 3rd and 1 in the game yesterday...he's back to check out of it. For all the fans that say every game is "do or die," he's back to not lose another "do or die" game. Romo knows how bad it hurts to lose, how to live from play to play. How to check out of a ****ty Linehan play call. How to make Garrett look amazing. How to scramble and find Beasely. I know the defense has been beyond frustrating, but if they can get a turnover or two like yesterday and hold teams to a touchdown or two, we'll win out. He also won't lose in Green Bay this year.

He's back. Cowboy up!

(Ready for all the people who don't want to watch the Cowboys on Sunday for the next 7 weeks to fire back)

I said that to then went to dreamland during the 4th quarter of Sundays snooze fest. Won't happen with Tony on the field.

Looks like I won't get the Miami game either. I'm getting a 2 week break other than the crap plays I see on Red Zone.

I have a feeling we win convincingly this weekend. Miami's not very good and Romo is going to release some pent up frustration on them. Once he starts driving the ball down th field, it will inspire the rest of the team to play better and we will. It'll be infectious. Plus, Tannehill is extremely overrated imo. Our D hopefully should be able to create a turnover or two.
