Enjoy the world's most magnificent stadium. Screw the haters.

If you have a good view of the video board, you'll leave thinking, "How on Earth am I going to watch football on a normal TV next week?"

I was there a couple years back for a Sunday night game against the Eagles. Only game I've been to that they lost but had a great time. Take about $50 extra dollars if you want to eat and drink. Hope you got decent seats. The fans where we sat acted like it was against the law to cheer. I wanted to tell them to bend over so I could pull the sticks out of their a$$es.....

Cool deal. I was there for the first win at Jerry World. Points if you can remember the game without looking it up :)

Just found out my law firm partners' retreat will be in Dallas the weekend of October 3-6 so I will definitely be making the trip to Jerry World to see Cowboys-Texans game.

I've only ever been to the Dallas airport so this will be my first time in your fine city.

Make time to visit Farmers Branch. There you will see the real U.S., raw, unvarnished, sometimes painful to endure, but still full of good people and sinewy womans who can bring home the bacon, fry it and then nag you about caloric intake.
But I digress.
Eat some BBQ, buy a automatic gun at any sidewalk kiosk and enjoy our craft beer. Half fun at jerra's world and don't do anything I wouldn't do (without probation).

:)
Also, maybe you can do pro bono work while here? there is this gal who say i was in her attic. . . .

Bro me my wife and my best friend are flying from Florida to go see that Cowboys vs Texans game. We should link up while we're down there.

It's a nice stadium but more for show than an atmosphere for smash-mouth football. All Dallas fans should see it at least once.

It could be worse, went to see the Mets new digs at CitiField. They pay homage to Jackie Robinson there, and he never even played for the Mets. It is pretty disgusting to me anyways.

Go to the stadium in advance and take a tour or go on a self directed tour. Well worth the time. Get on the field and take some pictures.

If you are there for Friday night check the HS football schedule in advance of arriving. Try to take in one of those games also. It's a real experience.

Obvious games to attend are East Lake or Allen.

Get to the stadium three to four hours in advance of the game and walk the tail gate section. I said "Hi" to lots of fans and told them I was from Canada. Lots of free beer and BBQ. Cowboys fans are really welcoming and great hosts.

Hang around after the game and walk the stadium some more to look at the different sections and the paintings. Or take the separate painting tour.

Go to Pro Shop at the end of the stadium after the game. Lots of good merch to take home with you.

As many have said - try the BBQ.

DFW is a great place to live, but it doesn't have much in the way of tourist attractions other than sporting events.
