I'm really amazed!!

I'm watching ESPN CLASSIC and they're showing the Eagles SB season with T.O. The guy is ABSOLUTELY unstoppable. We've got a true GEM, he's gonna be a HUGE plus for our offense. He's BIG, STRONG, FAST, and he doesn't go down easily either. I see Terry Glen having a BIGTIME season as far as yards per catch. I'm really excited about seeing Bledsoe throwing to those two STUDS. It's going to be exciting. Folks, we haven't seen a WR around here like T.O. in a looooong time.

The guy is just so much stronger then the DB's trying to cover him. He just "stiff arms" them to the ground and keeps on running. It's awesome to watch.

No I haven't been in a cave, just AMAZED eveytime I watch this guy play. He's truely the BEST in the game. Glad he's on our team now. Thats all!!

Everybody is saying that TO is going to free up TG big time... Yeah, I agree that's true, but Witten being All-Pro next year is sounding good even right now also... I can't wait.

Our O is gonna be scary good if our O-line can do a good job of blocking. And heck T.O is gonna cause defenses to blitz less which is gonna help the line tremendously

You're absolutely correct. Teams are probably gonna have to use a LB on Witten now, I like that match-up everytime. T.O. brings alot to this offense. teams have to think twice about blitzing us too.

I honestly don't think we've ever had a WR like TO before. I love Irvin but they're different animals.

Well, I'm not gonna go as far as to say that cause Irvin was a BEAST. T.O. is gonna be fun to watch tho..

I didn't say that TO was better than Irv I just said that they are different types of WR's. TO is all speed and power and Mike was more of a possession-route running machine.

That "push off" stuff with Irvin is a bit overrated to me. Fact is, he got open and caught the ball and he did it in CLUTCH situations with the defense knowing that we were coming his way.

I don't understand why ESPN Classic doesn't show old college games this time of year. It'd be a great opportunity to show tape of all the top draft picks.

He doesn't need to, seeing as how defensive backs are so much more restricted in what they can do these days. Imagine Irvin playing in this day and age: that is a more fitting question.

I think its a wash really. In Irvin's day, both the WR and the DB could be more agressive. Today, neither can be agressive.
