I've seen so much Cowboys bias over my years as a fan, I'm just sitting here like sweating that Troy is screwed over by idiots like Dr.Z etc ...
I just know there's a bunch of writers who will says his stats are no HOF quality etc ...makes me sick - Football is a playoff sport - it's about what you do in the Big Games - Troy was CoolHandLuke in the Biggie's - he ate 50 eggs and didn't blink .
I saw Wright play his whole career - and when I say he was in the breath of say a Larry Allen I mean it - for his time he was as good as there was.
Bob Hayes changed football - Over 80 Career TD's - he made teams go the Prevent - the Dime on 3rd down etc, he was fantastic. The knock he gets ihs for his performance in the ice bowl when he ran a few routes(on running plays ) with his hands tucked in his pants. But IMO that's unfair.
Why in the world Drew Pearson is not in the Hall conversation is mind boggling - his stats dwarf Lynn Swann's and he was one of the first Big WR's to go over the middle and get slammed and hold on. And IMO was a better WR than Monk - who was what I would classify as a compiler.
