what the hell? I workout religiously, don't eat that much, yet it won't go away

how do I get rid of it?

Sounds like the good ol' beer gut you got going on there. Or it could be that your intestines are growing, which happens as you get older and older.

Yep just as I suspected. Dude your high school metabolism ain't gonna last forever. Are you in your 30's? If so it's called age.:D

Limit the bad stuff to once a week or eat it before 6pm...

Ok ok.:D Look you gotta shock your body if you want it to change. Change up your diet. Grill some chicken breast and veggies.

Any fruits and veggies mixed in with this slop?
You need some roughage and some fruits, (apples work like a charm) to keep the food moving, if you catch my drift. And plenty of water.

And what constitutes a workout? Pumping iron and stomach exercises don't do enough to burn fat, they just strengthen the muscles under the fat you're creating with your diet. You need to move. Vigorously. Whether it's jogging, or bike riding or the myriad of other things people do now a days to work up a good sweat.

Past, cheese and bread are going to require a lot of movement to burn the calories they come with.

was thinking about taking up running, now I will definitely/probably do it

stop eating before you go to bed and most of it is genetics, you can only deny it so long.

If your parents are thin and you are getting a gut, dont run, that weakens the knees, just walk or bike somewhere.

Personally i love swimming because its resistance and works everything.


no food before bed, and get the pizza crumbs out of the sheets.
