I'm surrounded by the Star

So, I'm sitting here putting off a term paper due in a little bit...and I'm looking around my room (which is a complete mess btw) and I notice something...

I am surrounded by the star. I have Cowboys banners, posters, hats, jerseys, computer wallpapers, everything.

Lets just say that no one where I live has to question what team I support. Theres enough Bears/Packers fans around here to fill Texas Stadium.

I let the Stars around me speak for themself. Wouldn't have it any other way.

Funny. Outside of some books and a few pics of my visit to Texas stadium last year, I don't own one piece of Cowboys related apparel, merchandise, paraphernalia, memorabilia, or collectables.

...but there isn't one person that knows me or has seen me at a bar on sunday that doesn't know where my loyalties lie. Most of them hate me, and I could care less.

Edit...I forgot, I do have one long sleeve shirt that I wear for warmth at work.

You know that NFL commercial where the room is decked out in all kinds of Steelers stuff and the punchline is "What's with the lamp?" Well in my home office they wouln't have been able to film that commerical. I have everything covered; even the lamp.

I always feel smarter when I go to my Cowboys room to do work.

Use some reverse psychology strategy on Packers fans....

Act like you are just a NFL fan(but you love the Cowboys) but can talk "football" unbiasedly


Say = "man, I really think the Packers should have done "something/anything" to keep Brett Favre.

I got a few fans here in NY and it tears them up :laugh1:


Then as a chaser I throw in... "he is doing some job with the Jets... got them in 1st place at 7-3" (they know good and well that Packers record is 5-5)

I've got the star everywhere too! It's on my car twice, my computer desktop at work, half of my clothes. When we lost 3 times this past month people were like "How can you still support them". I pleasantly stated that I am a lifelong fan and belong to no bandwagons. The only time one of my stars will come off is when the season is over and I switch out my license plate frame to a Suns one.
