He's has a lot of glaring potential and seems to get open easily. I sense a bright future for him if we can actually get the football to him.

He hasn't played enough for me to be impressed. He should've played at least a half the game last night. I can't make a judgement off of camp practices. Game speed against opposing players is the only way to tell.

I sense a taste of entitlement in this kid. The kid has not EARNED anything... and has been penciled in as the #3 WR.....Harris has earned the position and proved it on the field.....TWILL hasn't shown he is any better than Danny Coal.....injured, cant get on the field and disappears when he has a chance..... I want the Cowboys 3rd round pick to succeed but it has to be earned.... not given.......he gonna need 2-3 yrs to develop if he ever does......not ready for the big leagues IMO

Harris' ability isn't in Williams' league, there is no chance that Harris gets more PT than Williams this year if Williams is healthy.

I agree. The guy is lighting fast and when he gets the NFL game down, he's going to be a great player. And I'm a big Dwayne Harris fan.

Agree... the speed is awesome, but he has got to run the right routes, be physical at the line, get open and catch the ball.....NFL starting CBs will eat his lunch.....this guy is full of potential.....but he has to get on the field to learn the game.....you cant be a playmaker setting on the sidelines......TWILL is no DEZ or T Glenn

What has he proven in preseason....,the kid hasn't seen a down in the NFL.....and hasn't done anything in preseason to earn a starting postion 1 reception for 5 yards I like the guy and want him to succeed but show it on the field.

they slotted twill as the 3rd receiver cause they wanna keep miles in the slot in 3 receiver sets. harris is not a outside receiver in the NFL. he doesnt have enough athletic ability nor the size to be a threat on the outside.

He hasn't had a chance to prove, OR DISPROVE anything at this point.

But if you want to dismiss him already, be my guest.

Hes fast.... so what?? theres a lot of fast guys in the NFL.

I dont see great route running, great hands, great RAC, great downfield blocking, toughness or durability from this guy. Honestly im Not sure how you guys are projecting greatness on these players who havent done anything yet. Dunbar has shown more than Williams. Holloman and Selvie have shown more than Williams.

And you saw all that lacking from what? A few plays in preseason? His first action in the NFL? Coming off an injury?

You're good...

And you thought Pat Watkins was going to be a player. Perhaps your should re-evaluate your evaluation.

The guy needs to show it on the field. He needs to be getting more time. Maintain a competitive process. Just because he was drafted where he was doesn't mean he should automatically get penciled in above Harris, nor does his 'potential' mean that. He should be forced to WORK for his position. Harris blew preseason up when he was a rookie.

Another case of Garrett the hypocrite. First ogletree starts over Harris now Williams. Competition huh coach. Smh Harris was abusing honey badger last game and had a step on his guy on Ortons int.

What a joke. He is slotted as the 3rd receiver because he is head over shoulders a better player than Harris and Beasley. Limited snaps in preseason don't mean anything, you can gleam this from all the work he has done in training camp.
