I'm extremely interested in the environment that will exist when the draft is held in Dallas this year. Especially as Jerry works behind the scenes to kick Goodell out on his keister. As the great Terrell Owens would say, "Getcha popcorn ready."


It would be epic to get the trifecta - Super Bowl, then the draft a few months later, and then Goodell fired in advance of the CBA renegotiation.

Even a private memo that could "accdientally be made public".

I wouldn't take it that far...but there's nothing in the rules about respecting or liking the commish... speaking for myself, if I don't respect or like you, I don't shake your hand unless social etiquette or a source of income dictates otherwise.

OT rant:

It's things like this that the NFL is losing it's fan base. You have to pay for everything the NFL offers. From t.v. games to even radio broadcasts of their games.
Not to mention the recent protests, officiating, lack of defense rules, hitting, player suspensions, free agency, the salary cap and then some.
I've been watching football for 40+ years now and the product is inferior to the seasons past.

No what sucks... people used to be able to send in a letter to the NFL to win the chance of buying 2 SB tickets at face value. I won it about 5 years ago. I went to send in my letter this year and on the NFL website they said they are no longer doing the lottery for the common fan and will announce exciting news later. Well the exciting news is they gave these set aside tickets to a company affiliated with the NFL to handle the tickets and upper level end zone seats are over $6000 EACH! Thanks NFL. Bow the SB will only be for millionaires. I also looked to book a room in Minnesota for the SB and rhe cheapest I found was $499 a night for a MOTEL... not hotel, but a MOTEL.
