Injury report: Claiborne, Lawrence, McClain don’t practice

IRVING
Cornerback Morris Claiborne, defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence and linebacker Rolando McClain did not participate in Wednesday’s practice.

Claiborne injured his hamstring late in Sunday’s game, playing 65 of 87 plays. He missed two games last month with a hamstring injury.

Lawrence (chest) worked on the side with trainers during the early portion of practice open to the media. McClain was kicked in the head by teammate Jeff Heath in Sunday’s game and has not cleared concussion protocol.

Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said McClain has gone through the team’s walk-throughs the past two days.

Safety Jeff Heath, who played two plays on defense the past two weeks combined, still is limited by a left shoulder injury. Defensive tackle David Irving (back) and linebacker Kyle Wilber (shoulder) also were limited.

Receiver Dez Bryant (foot) was a full participant, and quarterback Tony Romo (clavicle) didn’t practice.
