Are you on bath salts? This is a prime example of someone who obviously doesn't watch games. Everyone in the neighboring 3 states is focusing on Zeke when your offense is on the field and your running game is still dominant. For Christ's sake, your QB has 4 rushing TDs and like 200 rushing yards because your running game draws so much attention, he basically waltzes through gaping caverns when he actually pulls it.

"gaping caverns when he actually pulls it." There's kids reading this ya know. :)

The league will figure Wentz' offense soon. Dak has a timeless offense, although I wouldnt mind adding some wrinkles, maybe if Zeke gets suspended we will have to break out the gimmicks.

I was hoping Switzer was going to be our gimmick, but not yet (apparently)

Typical eagles fan ignorance...

The difference is, Dak has the best running game in the NFL, and Wentz has to do pretty much everything by himself through the air.

That was last year. They now have a balanced running attack this year.

The Eagles sold the farm to get a franchise QB. The Cowboys sold a potato for their franchise QB.

Don’t understand this comment. Who cares how much they spent, they have turned this franchise around, after Chip Kelly left them a mess that should have taken 5 years to fix. Thanks to the Dolphins for saving their butts. I am still pissed how they were able to do it. Now they have a team that is truly dangerous and can go far.

Chris Carter claims that Philly has better receivers.

it's possible based on Ertz alone. Jeffrey has been comparable to Dez. Williams isn't any better than Agholor. Bease is easy over Smith, but Ertz is such a huge safety blanket for Wentz. Witten isn't the receiver he used to be.

Dak has played in one less game than Wentz at this point as well...24 to 25.

More stats...

Dak has a 18-7 won/loss record including playoffs.
Wentz has a 15-10 won/loss record.

Dak has a 66% completion rate.
Wentz has a 61.8% completion rate.

Dak has 477 rushing yards on 83 attempts for a 5.7 avg.
Wentz has 361 rushing yards on 90 attempts for a 4.0 avg.

Dak has been sacked 35 times for 184 yards
Wentz has been sacked 56 times for 340 yards.

Dak has 10 fumbles and lost 4.
Wentz has 21 fumbles and lost 5.

That's a lot of winnage.

Wentz fumbles and takes sacks because he holds onto the ball too long sometimes. He's a good QB, but he's bound to come back to earth at least a little bit.

One is doing it in an outdated pro style offense while the other is doing it in a gimmicky college offense

who is who here? i think philly's offensive style is not far from a college offense. wentz has quick, simple reads. doesn't often go thru a ton of progressions.

also having a defense that takes the pressure totally off sure is nice.

Wentz can make plays outside of the offense too. That's the problem with him.

He's so talented that it just doesn't matter.

Also, they are running the ball. If you can run the ball you can get away running our crappy pass schemes.

Chris Harris Jr. was quoted saying the Eagles run a college offense

Chris Harris Jr. said

"Like I said, they run this college offense," Haris said after the 53-21 loss. "They kind of run what the Chiefs do. They have the option to run, option to pass, they run the read-option, they run the real option. He is checking into a lot of things. I mean, it just a college offense, so he is just executing it very well."

Guess who’s defense shut down that kind of offense though

Ah, yeah. I don't think "college offense" is totally accurate but it's very close. it's definitely a lot of quick reads and slants. it's not totally different than what chip kelly was doing there, just with better talent on offense. it remains to be seen how long it will/can last.
