With a new coach coming in it will be interesting what happens with this team on many levels:

- Defensive scheme: If we switch back to 4-3 how will it impact Ware's effectiveness versus a more aggressive 3-4?

- FS position & Henry

- Roy's role

- RB situation: RBBC or will Barber possibly emerge as the starter?

- OL: Will it be completely overhauled or will the new coach stay the course bringing along young guys like Columbo, Procter, McQ?

-TO: How will him being here impact the selection process?

-Romo: Will he flourish or wither under a new regime? How about backup QB?

Compared to the laundry list of issues we've had over the past ten years, this list is a piece of cake.

The Defensive scheme makes no difference, as long as we have players to play it and coaches to maximize our talent.

The FS position will be fine. Henry is staying at CB. Watkins will settle into the FS position.

Roy's coverage abilities will be addressed, but there's nothing we can do about him. He is what he is.

Jones vs Barber at RB is pretty much the nicest "problem" we can have.

OL is an issue. But looks like the team is trying hard to lock of Gurode for the long haul. Rivera is done. The only position of upgrade will be either one or both of the OG spots.

Romo will be fine.

We need youth at WR as well as more players who can rush the passer. Not a tall order, but not the chasm of problems we've had from years before.

If the new coaching staff can maximize the talent we have, we'll have an excellent season coming ahead of us.
