I saw the movie over the Labor Day weekend.

I know, I know. It's an Egirls movie. But, I thought of it as a "Football" movie. You know, like "Remember the Titans", "Rudy".

Anyway, It gives you an idea how brutal the Egirls fans can be.

In one scene (or several), they show the Egirls fans throwing food at a NY Giants fan. Pathetic.


The best part of the movie. The Boys beat the Egirls. hahaha

It is actually a great movie, I've seen it twice.

Btw, one of my friends who went with a group of us to see it leaned over at one point and said, "you know its a movie when you find yourself rooting for the Eagles."

I will admit that I liked the movie. Never, though, did I find myself tempted to root for the Eagles.

I found it very inspirational. As I told Phoenix-Talon the other day, the part I found most inspiring was when Randy White demolished Papale on the opening kick off against Dallas. Actually, right before that moment, several people in the theater clapped loudly when they showed Tom Landry walking to the sideline right before the game.

It seems that movie got everyone inspired. I know I was close to tears.

I saw it, I didn't like it as much as Rudy, Friday Night Lights, or Wildcats but it was decent. I thought the portrayal of Eagles fans was a lot nicer than their real life counterpart. In the movie there was some light-hearted heckling in real life they'd beat up that chick in the giants jersey.

I actually met Vince Papale when I was much younger - he spoke at a Communion Breakfast with our local church. He is a class guy - very involved in the community. Very inspirational.
