Is Coach Wade Phillips in trouble?

Do you think Wade Phillips is in trouble? I personally am wanting a HC change not because I dislike Wade Phillips I just believe more leadership is needed from the HC Position. I would actaully like to keep Wade as DC if they can find the right HC. I would like to see a change at OC. I have grown very weary of Jason Garrett. It's becoming more and more evident. Yesterday the three straight Marion Barber carries at the Goal Line which on eof those he ran from the Fullback spot made me really realize Garrett is a work in progress ad is most likely holding the Offense back. I know three years ago there was a reason I was pulling for Norv Turner to get the Job because I just felt if we found the right DC than Norv would pan out. I really don't know what will happen but am starting to feel the Boyz will miss the Playoffs entirely which makes me sick but than I think to get the neccessary changes done to the Coaching Staff this most likely needs to happen. I do want those that read this to know that I think Wade is a very nice person and would have loved for him to take this team to the promise land however I just don't think hes got the bawls to get the most out of his players and take this team to the next level.

No, the only time I ever felt Wade Phillips was in trouble is if we would have lost to Kansas City and even then, that it would have been unlikely.

Jerry Jones has been very adamant in his support for Wade Phillips and even has lamented letting Chan Gailey go so after only 2 Seasons.

Wade Phillips is here at least until the end of the Regular Season.

GO listen to wades press conference from after the game yesterday, its almost as if he knows it is over and was basically not even flustered or angry.

It was awful to listen to him.

He should have been in trouble after the 44 - 6 Philly debacle last year. He dang well better be in trouble. Unless Jerry is an absolute moron then Wade will be gone after this season. Unfortunately it is a year too late!!!!

He'll be here until the end of the season and then the search for another man will begin.
