I say yes too. What he's doing as a rookie is unprecedented.
He has the Cowboys at 10-1.
He has two interceptions.
He is using all of the weapons on the Cowboys offense.
He has 5 rushing touchdowns.

His competition at this point is
1. Matt Ryan (Dak's overall team record is better)
2. Tom Brady (He shouldn't win it because of his suspension)
3. Derek Carr (Probably his strongest competition, but he's not a rookie)

No. Brady, Ryan, Zeke.

Brady has the same number of losses as Dak and was suspended for 4 games. He's out unless the Pats win out.

Ryan has big #'S but team is sliding a bit. Zeke is awesome but hasn't had a huge, huge game yet.

Without question Dak is the NFL MVP. The Cowboys were 1-11 without Romo last year, and are 10-1 with Dak. His leadership has been extraordinary, as has his decision making. He's the greatest rookie quarterback in the history of the NFL. That he lasted until the 135th pick of the draft will become stuff of legend.

Having Zeke is gonna hurt Dak. I could see them cancelling each other out of the MVP by the writers being split and the offensive line getting praised, with many using it to discredit his and Zeke's success. Zeke has been the better player at his position, but QB is the most valuable position in sports and more difficult to play than RB. For that, Dak should have the edge IMO

Brady's having the better season, but shouldnt get it unless he completely blows everyone out of the water by the end of the year and the Pats win out. He was suspended, not injured, and the Pats went 2-0 with their 2nd string QB and 1-1 with their 3rd string QB. It's called Most VALUABLE Player, not the best player.

Matt Ryan's also having a great season, but the Hawks are 6-4. Unless they win out at 12-4, he shouldn't be considered. Feel similar to Derek Carr. They would have to go at least 12-4 and finish as the #1 seed in the AFC to get it IMO.

Russell Wilson is having a good season and with him getting healthy, I could see him balling and the Seahawks winning out. The media could give him a lot of credit with that pedestrian O-Line and lack of a running game.

Dak is definitely the best player on this team by far. He inherited a 4-12 team and has basically put them on his back for the longest winning streak in franchise history. Zeke is awesome, but he only runs the ball and nothing else. Dak is the leader of this team and is the primary reason we are 10-1. Take Dak away and we wouldn't even be playing .500 ball. MVP zero doubts for any unbiased observer.
