Is Garret losing this team?
Based on what the players are saying and how they are playing...no. They just need Tyron, Lee and Zeke back.

Last week they beat KC in a game most thought they would lose and the Redstinks before that. . Did you feel that way then?

Guess you don’t remember what quitting in a coach looked like. What happened yesterday was nothing like what happened with Wade. It’s nothing like what the Giants look like with Uncle Rico. Their LT, Jaylon Smith and Anthony Brown sucked and cost them the game.

I have seen the players quit on Campo.
I have seen the players quit on Wade.

I have yet to see the players quit on Garrett.

I have no clue what the robo ginger says behind the scenes. He is so mono tone in PCs and on the sidelines so it is hard to imagine him not being robotic behind the scenes.

However he must be different behind the scenes because I have never seen the team give up on him. It seems to be his few true Qualities as far as I can tell.

So they didnt quit, but they got blown out by 20? 27 unanswered points? So what does quitting look like if not what we saw yesterday?

Did Zeke quite in Denver? Was that quitting on Garrett? How exactly do you know who they are quitting on and who they arent?

Wade was head and shoulders a better coach than Garrett. leaps and bounds better at coordinating then Garrett. Agreed?

Garrett seems to have the knack for maintaining player loyalty, regardless of how badly things go - or how much of it is his own fault. It's his only observable good quality. Kind of like a knockoff Jeff Fisher thing.

I hope so too. I believe the coaches are to blame. We draft a lot of players with a lot of potential as most teams do but our coaching staff can’t seem to coach those players to reach that potential. After our 13-3 season you would think we would get better. We actually getting worse. The Oline has gotten worse, the defense hasn’t improved . I don’t see any players thats gotten better. They still have the same issues as the previous year. It all comes down to coaching and with this current coaching staff, this is the best we are going to get.

BIg mistakes this offseason:

-thought they could win with rookies and scrubs in the secondary. Although I have no problem with the turnover
-Thought that Heath could handle safety
-Resigned Williams and not bringing in a real receiver that could get open
-didnt draft or sign a competent quality backukp RB.
-have done nothing to get Zwitzer acclimated to the offense. I bet this kid beats single coverage in the slot all day long. And he could make some big plays with his speed.

if he is such a terrible coach and person why would former players want to come help his staff. Columbo, lett, austin, gurode.

if they thought he was so incompetent they would never put in the time and get involved with a bona fide loser who is in over his head.
Because those ex-players need a job.

They would coach for any team if it means a paycheck.

think so? You don't think they wanted to be a part of this organization?

I know for a fact that is why columbo is there. he used to work on 105.3 the fan pre and post game and talked at length about how much the team and the players like the head coach here. he wanted to be a part of it and joined the staff.

Hell no!! He is a great coach!! You will not win if your backup LT cannot block a backup DE and your Defense cannot seem to function with out their Top LB!! The hold organization lost this game yesterday, I hate losing but it just maybe be another shot in the arm this team needed. I did not like the talk that I was hearing from players after we beat KC, we are good but we are not that good yet, that talk came from the Lee talking about our defense is a SB caliber defense, the front 7 is what he was referring to, not even close, but we are a decent defense when they play which only seems that they can do when Lee is playing. Anyway, Dak needs to stop holding the ball so long waiting for the WRs to come open, that is not going to happen very often at this level, so he needs to flush all the collegiate habits, and he needs to speed up his reads, he needs to keep working on his accuracy and foot work, he needs to spend more time after or before practice with his Wrs so that he can get in sync with them so he knows when to release the ball on deep routes and he needs to understand how to throw guys open. He is a pocket passer that can run, he is not one of those running QBs that everyone keeps trying to stick him as. Chaz Green and any other backup Tackle needs to get to work do their job or move on, our O line is good but we need to have backups that are not far off of being a starter, we should always be drafting Olinemen, and our defense needs to man up and play ball, we will not always have a top LB that knows where the play is going, but on the other hand all of our LBs need to be as astute as Lee is when it comes to watching film, if not find those type of guys . Oh, Jeff Heath needs to be on the sideline and doing special teams only , Jones need to go back to CB and Scandrick needs to go or play ball, maybe he needs to go to safety in Jones spot

Did a paragraph steal your girlfriend or is there some other reason you hate them?

Don't know about the team, he lost me when he was O-coordinator. Edit - but I do wish for his success, I just don't believe in him being that idiot savant he was made out to be.
WE had a really explosive offense with Spanos, then JG happened and we went downhill and haven't looked back since. We play basic football and win on talent alone. Imagine if we had an innovative coach all this time....
