My hope is that Cassell will improve significantly after having played a full game and that Dez will return and be a difference maker. Oh yea, and if we can get Garrett to stop clapping, we might win in a blowout...:)

What is the over/under on Garrett fanny pats for the game? Well put it at 10 fanny pats. WHO WANTS THE OVER?!?! :flagwave:

But their offense is ugly. And they simply cannot protect Russel Wilson. I think he was sacked 6 times in that game, hit countless others, and threw a couple of picks. They ran the ball well, surprisingly, and Wilson had some good throws which i'm not sure is a testament of Lynch's capabilities or the result of a San Fran defense losing the most starting caliber players in one offseason that I can recall in recent memory.

Just looked up the stats...Wilson has been sacked 31 times already, which probably means we get zero. But yea, they have not protected him at all.

Don't forget that's see another good game from Dmac. If they would have had an RB play like that before Dallas would have beat the Saints and Falcons.

Cassel will cough up a hair ball at the worst possible moment is my prediction. Not big on turnover prone players.

I would love for him to have 10 or more fanny pats...he only gives those out after great plays.

I think the game will come down to pressure on Wilson, if he can get out of the pocket easy and grab a few first downs it will be a long day.

Contain Wilson and stop the run, it will be a tall order.

The only way we win is if we have a pretty decent margin in the turnover column. Consideing we're totally allegic to focing turnovers, I don't see a good ending.

That game was the first game this year that the OL went out there and kicked butt !!!! Result= running game !!!! Hats off to Dmac-great game !!

Thing is, I don't know how much of that was our O-Line being great and how much was NY's D-Line being below par. I'm sure it was some of both. That said, our O-line showed last year that they match up well against the seachickens' D-line. Just hope it continues.

Eh. I had to learn last week that it's all in a joking matter. That's all it was.

I know he was joking, I just wanted to know if he thought that he was Middle Eastern or something. (Not saying that I think all Middle Easterns are gee-haudists for the PC crowd)

Our defensive front has been nothing short of unspectacular against the run up the gut. We
have to stay in our lanes, contain the outside against Wilson.

Lynch will be a load. We must do what we did last year when it came to containment.

Let's not forget they added Graham. Hope you're up for it Byron.

We did a great job against him last year. I know...this is a different year, but our defensive cast is better this year, particularly the pass rush. As has been stated, the key will be to keep him in the pocket. Do that, and we have a great chance to keep him from hurting us too badly.

Graham hasn't really been the playmaker he was in NO yet, hope that trend continues for another week or so at least.
