Is it just me or does Bledsoe look like a man on a mission?

It might only be preseason, and sure the Saints and 49ers are far from NFL juggernauts, but you have to be impressed with Bledsoe's numbers so far:

24 of 33 (73%) 356 yards, 3 TD's 0 Int's, 1 sack....and it looks like so far his release is quicker regardless of the oline playing great.

As for Romo, don't get me wrong I love what he's showing, and do hope he can be heir apparant to Bledsoe...but we are still forgeting he has yet to do anything against defenses when the games count and the last two game he has played against 2nd and 3rd stringers primarily. The INT tonight wasn't his fault, and the sack/fumble likely would have happend with Bledsoe in there as well...but I still think this kid is a bit raw and need at least this season to sit behind Bledsoe (which he is going to anyway) before there is a legit controversy.

Right now Bledsoe is a man on a mission and you can see that he's determined to avoid another Brady/Losman situation at any cost....kudos to Drew and here's to a season for the ages....I hope he sets the single season passing yard record.

I think Bledsoe is probably feeling the pressure of Romo behind him. He's been there before with Brady and he knows when he is being pressured. He is seems a little more focused right now than he was last preseason. It could be because he is familiar with the team now or it could be Romo breathing down his neck...or maybe both.

However, he is not playing over his head; you give him time and he will kill a defense. He is doing what I always knew he was capable of doing from the beginning. Early last season he was playing much like this also so I am not really surprised.

You're right, it's only preseason and the Saints and 49ers suck.

I would give some credit to Parcells in this camp using the buzzer and training Bledsoe and Romo to make quicker decisions and git rid of the ball.
