Tell me what im missing. Is it me or has the media just completely hyped up GB to be this unbeatable team? Sure their numbers look good, and their defense looks decent, but look a little deeper. They played Seattle and lost then got beat by Detroit. They have two good wins all year. Philly and New England. Other than that they have the softest schedule in the NFL. Bears and Vikes twice each. Jets, Dolphins, Bucs, Bills, Falcons, Panthers, Saints,

This team has a great QB, but he could be on one leg, . They have two very good WR's and a decent RB.. What else???? Why are they so unbeatable? I can't wait until we shut everyone up this weekend!!!!

Most of the hype is due to how dominate the Packers have been at Lambeau this season. Away from Lambeau they've looked very beatable all 4 of their losses have come on the road. All 5 of Aaron Rodgers int's this season have come on the road he's only had 1 turnover at Lambeau. As for the Packers losses to Seattle and Detroit those happened on the road in weeks 1 and 3. They beat the Lions in their second meeting at Lambeau in week 17. The Packers have been more dominate at home this season than Seattle was last season. They believe no one can beat them at Lambeau it's given them a huge advantage.

When you dig into our schedule how many "quality" wins do we have?

Most of the media doesn't have the ability to dig deep and analyze. They simply go with what they know. What they haven't seen is Dallas advancing past the divisional round in about 19 years. So we have to prove it knocking down one barrier at a time.

Dont think they are unbeatable at all, wouldnt be surprised if Seattle would blow them out. its just a tough matchup for our defense

Seattle, Indy and would have to include Philly they did win 10 games.

Yeah. Though I think you have to squint when you look at Philly.

Win totals inflated two years straight thanks to their division.

And their two playoff wins came against a collapsing Chiefs squad in a miracle comeback and no Jamal Charles and against playoff Andy Dalton.

I was confident we'd stomp them.

But the Packers hype is centered on one player. The Cowboys hype is around three or four.

Depends on who you read.. I've seen articles on Rodgers, Lacy, Nelson, and a couple of defenders.

I mean, I guess, but Rodgers far more than Nelson or Lacy.

Again, it's just all about who you're reading.

That said, the health of Aaron Rodgers absolutely should be the lead story coming out of GB, same as if Romo were still dealing with his transverse back injury.

I personally don't care who picks us or against us.. Dallas just needs to go into Green Bay and punch them in the mouth.. Then start to batter them with body shots to an ultimate knockout .. But when they are on the ground they need to put their foot on their throat and never let up until the clock is all 0:00's ..
Should be a tough match .. Dallas should take them very seriously and treat em like they just did something to a family member ... Go into HULK smash mode and play their butts of ... A victory is within their grasp .. Just need to #finishthefight!!!!

Maybe, but I wouldn't worry about that. That just puts all the pressure on Green Bay. Besides, they are the #2 seed....if we were the #2 seed, I would expect the media to be treating us the same way.

I think it is just the history of the Dallas pass defense over the past few years making it look like we don't have much of a chance, and then also our poor first half performance against Detroit.

I do think that other than Denver, GB will be the toughest team for us to beat just because of our secondary. My confidence is growing at times with this defense but I am not quite there yet.

Any team that beats your brain out the first time and wins 10 games has to be considered a quality win especially as critical as the win over Philly was. There's so much parity today that no team won more than 12 games this season.

Yeah I count Philly and Seattle as our quality wins.

Colts don't pass the eye or advanced metric stat test.

The Colts were 11-5 and just won a playoff game. They have one of the best young QB's in the league granted once you get past Luck there's not a lot there but the Cowboys win over them in week 16 was a huge win that sewed up the NFC East. Hard to say that wasn't a quality win with everything that was riding on it for the Cowboys.
