I live in Miami. Talking is legal and texting may be too. I heard a rumor that texting recently became outlawed but i haven't heard or seen it made official. That being said i don't mind talking and driving but texting is a big no no. So many people don't pay attention when texting
Talking on your cell phone is illegal when going through a school zone only, where I live. Otherwise, its all game. I dont mind people talking on their cells, but the texting does piss me off. I saw this guy driving a semi truck texting. EEEEEK. I hope he made it to his destination.
and anyone that says it doesn't affect their driving is full of ****.in this age of bluetooth, there's no need to have a phone stuck to your ear while trying to drive. yes, it's very irritating.
