Is there a leader on the team?

Last night made me realise there is not really a leader on the team on either side of the ball. I didn't see anyone getting fired up, bledsoe as much as I like him is more of a game manager not really a leader. I got spoiled in the jimmy johnson era when we had strong characters who would stand up and shout when the team played like we did last night. All I saw was downward faces and looks of dissappointment across the whole team. I can't think of a single guy that has that leadership that every team needs. Larry Allen was the last guy I saw some leadership qualities in even if it was just scaring the crap out of kickers. Am I wrong? I really think talent isn't our problem not by a long shot. I just don't see any leadership on the team and I think that will ultimately doom us. I don't know how you fix that though. Rookies rarely become leaders and the vets we bring in just don't seem to have it in them.
Maybe we do need a fresh start but I don't really see the field general in Romo either.

Yeah, his name is Tony Romo.

Owens isn't a leader. He hasn't earned any credibility with the other players and his sideline antics of yelling at the other players is wearing thin. If you watch, most of the guys try to ignore him or look away when he is doing it.

call me crazy but all I see in romo is a risk taking gunslinger without enough experience for that to be an asset.

he does seem to be leaning that way, I gotta say he is probably my favorite player on the team right now. But roy williams says Brady James is the leader of the defense and yet I don't see that guy even pulling his own weight let alone leading the team at all.

TO is on the sidelines getting the team pumped constantly, however kornholio and every TO hater misconstrues it as negativity.... I get so tired of it

I had to mute the TV at one point during his TO ramblings. He did not even take a breath while he was bashing him without cause.

The Defense looked clueless. They were destroyed by the Giants offense. Was embarrasing to watch. I don’t see any leaders on Defense. I saw nobody get mad or fired up.

There sure wasn't anyone on the team with the balls to get in TO's grill after that drop. Yellow bastids.
