That's very true. He wouldn't put up with any owner nonsense...so he will never get an offer anyway. But what a choice he would be.

Unlikable is a lock amongst most fans, as far as blowhard goes? I've never honestly listened to a single word he uttered that I can recall, one thing about him is, he's dug in tighter than a blood sucking tick on a coon hound, as his upcoming extension clearly illustrates.
I've skimmed other non-site ( the ZONE is home) areas for info accidentally
and I guess since his tenure, league profits have shot thru the frickin' roof, but I can't see where it's from his masterful and stalwart guidance,,, deep down I guess I kinda admire the shlep as he's grinding sparks and denting casing-liner's how and whenever he pleases and ain't nobody can pull his card over it either,kinda funny in a twisted view o_O

I am answering my own question. :) Baltimore Colts then Washington Commanders.

I was originally a Baltimore Colts fan. I was a huge fan of Johnny Unitas and John Mackey. In the 1970s, I became a Commanders fan. I have great respect and admiration for all of our players, but some of my all-time greats are Mel Blount and Walter Payton because of the way they played the game. Now my good fortune is that I am a fan of all 32 teams!

It is the easiest job in sports........ you mediate disputes between owners and levy fines and suspensions against the players..... the TV deals and macro level topics are done by committees

Oh yeah...... you call the names during the draft......might as well get Pat Sajak

Pat Sajak is a dufus, but I'd bet even he could do a better job than Goodell.
