There has been a lot of speculation that there will be at least one NFL team, perhaps the St. Louis Rams, moving to Los Angeles at some point in the next few years. Knowing that, the NFL may already be preparing for a move to happen.
A reader over at Field of Schemes was apparently doing some investigative work and stumbled across something interesting on the NFL's website. There is already a page set up for an "LA" team:

Note: The page was removed by 5:40 p.m. ET on May 4, just a few hours after this article was published.
Some of you may wonder if that page is more for historical purposes, considering that "Anaheim Stadium" is listed as the team's stadium. The old Los Angeles Rams played in Los Angeles for nearly 50 years and played at Anaheim Stadium from 1980 to 1994 (or before the Internet ever took off).
However, if you click on the link for the team's ticketing page, it takes you to a page that allows you to purchase tickets to each of the Rams' 2015 home games:

Aren't they practicing with the Cowboys in Oxnard this summer? The league may be trying to spark Southern Cal interest in the Rams again. The Cowboys will always have a stronghold in SoCal, though. Ask the Chargers at any of their "home" games against Dallas. It started back in the Thousand Oaks training camp days.
