Is this any reflection on how bright cheerleaders are?

My daughter was a national champion cheerleader and took calculus and chemistry in high school.

Show me a fish working out the Pythagorean theorem, then I'll be impressed.

Oh Dan, don't take it personally. I was just poking fun at the stereotype and the hours upon hours of practice it takes for any good cheerleading unit to be in sync, not your family.

My sister was a cheerleader, Valedictorian of her class, graduated from A&M with a 3.8 while working her way through school, and has worked for Arthur Anderson, Price Waterhouse, and several other upper echelon companies and she's only 29...so I know not all cheerleaders are ditzy.
