Is this holding?

The only thing I got to say about that non call and the Ezeiruaku non call earlier is every team gets the benefit of the doubt on calls at home that they won’t get on the road. They still gotta come to Dallas.

No doubt, it's holding. Refs make mistakes. Is it time to let robots do the job? Until that happens, you have to expect human error to be part of the game.

Are you kidding? The one call was for taunting when a guy was just yelling into thr air. We did it 10 times. The Fergie call was a joke. Go watch the replay, He didn’t get blown up. There was no forearm, no intent, it was a defender who couldn’t get out of the way. Completely not intentional. The PI was even iffy with both guys fighting each other. These threads are obnoxious. Why don’t we go and look at all our O possessions and parse every play to see when we held. Bet you find a dozen. Stop whining
The rules are clear and plays like the taunting call have been flagged for the last couple of years. You cannot turn towards the opposing player and flex or make any gestures that appear to be taunting, and you cannot yell in their direction. That is the rule. The taunting flag was 100% appropriate within the rules. The Fergie play was definitely unnecessary roughness. Blankenship went to the head and neck area while the receiver was in a defenseless position. That will has been enforced for a few years too. Player have to avoid that. It is a safety issue and the league will call that even if questionable to err on the side of caution.

The PI call probably should have been holding but the ball was in the air so it was PI. I assume we're talking about the call on the throw to Pickens? The DB had his hand inside the pads. That gets flagged every time.

The refs missed a few calls to. The Punch Guyton threw is probably going to get Guyton a fine or even a suspension. Liufau had his helmet ripped off which should have been a flag, but he stupidly retaliated and in the NFL it seem the player who retaliates usually gets flagged.

On the PI..I thought Pickens was pushing off and guarding off the defender for about 5 yrds that could have been called but think you are right on why they got it!

As far as Blankenship agree to disagree! They showed it from the front angle and he wasn’t going for the head and neck. He literally was running toward him and was stumbling into the play. From the back it looks like firearm but the other angles it wasn’t at all

Richard Sherman said the same

When you grab WRs 5 seconds before the ball arrives, you get penalized. Those were legit calls. The targeting penalty when Fergy got blown up was legit too.
And ironically the penalty on Blanken**** helped them as we would have kicked the FG instead of fumbling

Well if the Northwest mouth says it...

I’m pretty sure you can either of their tackles and they hold every play.

I don’t want it called every play. But can we get ONE???
There were several egregious missed calls though it could of been worse.

We got 6 first downs that were critical on 6 PENALTIES. Let’s pump the brakes on blaming per usual. I thought we got away with ALOT snd got very lucky at times
Yes, especially incompetent on that Eagles clean hit in the endzone that gave Dallas a free first down. Sanders fumbled right after. I hate it though, the refs are incompetent and they must think they owe the Eagles a lousy call to offset. Free holding allowed.... 4th quarter..... last Eagles first down. The timing of their final incompetence was at the worst possible time.

What I don't get is the taunting call on Philly, which seemed pretty banal, but after the fumble the Eagles defense takes like, a minute to execute a tush-push celebration (against air) in the end zone. Like, what are we even doing here?

That was legit and in the rules.

He can flex and do it any other direction. You cannot do it pretty much on top of the opposing team
For some reason I doubt you'd feel the same if one of our players got called doing the same exact thing.

I hate that the NFL allows group celebrations in the endzone now. Looks unprofessional and juvenile to me. Football is supposed to be a war in the trenches and players act like they are auditioning for a seven year old's birthday party clown act for, well, doing what they are paid to do.

Yet we did it! Honestly I think it was super weak because guys get up yelling after every big play! Kneeland did right over Hurts after the sack! So the difference is where the yell goes? That’s weak. The excuses we give when we get a gift is comical. Same with the Furgeson hit. They replayed it 10 times and you can see no intent, no forced forearm etc. It was a guy running into the play
100%

Honestly, I have more of a problem when guys purposely step over a guy after tackling them.

I don't mind it when they are already in the endzone, but when they all takeoff 30-40 yards down the field to meet in the endzone, it really just delays the game.

Why couldn't Lamb hold on to those balls to spare us these "the refs cheated us only" threads? Lol.

As for the OP, yes that is holding. But Williams was "terrorizing Philly all night?" I think not, lol.
