"You are a personal trainer? Great, I'm trying to remake my body to look like an overturned 18 Wheeler. Can you set up a personalized training regiment to help me achieve my goals?"

:lmao:

It's him. Same body type and same helmet he had a couple years ago.

I'm curious as to how you can come to the conclusion that he looks out of shape from a still picture where he's wearing an untucked jersey and baggy sweat pants.

Obviously, you haven't been here long. These people on this board are SME's on every single thing. There's NOTHING and I mean NOTHING they don't know. They have the right answer to every question, see things you can't see and can also walk on water! :)

I think there are better ways for Brent to honor Brown. It's a nice thought but I think the constant reminder and the likely media debate that it would spark isn't a good idea for the Brown family to have to hear.

I could be wrong but I think Brown's mom has been supportive of Brent through this / they were best friends

I think he had been working out and training at the Michael Johnson Power Sports training center. (I may have the name wrong) That would mean he probably is fit and has some stamina if they were working on that. He won't be in full game shape in terms of getting hit, etc. but he should have some strength and some juice.

I don't know where he's been working out but I think he was working out with Gurode .

On the roster at DC.com it shows 56 as a 251 lb who is on the IR named Troy Davis. I don't think so.

I am not concerned that he looks somewhat overweight. What I am concerned about is it looks like he grew Phil Costa arms while he was away.

They were and she has been. I just think it's one thing to say Jesus would forgive Brent for my son's death so I need to let him move on with his life. It's another to be comfortable with him honoring the deceased when Brent (and Brown's) poor decision making are what led to the death in the first place.

Crawford has 33.5" arms and is right next to him on the dummy. Brent's arms to me look a lot longer than Crawford's arms.

Brent was a supplemental pick so he didn't go through the regular draft process. Can't easily find his numbers.

Maybe that's why he looks out of shape.
