Madden is an icon, Tony's going to have to step it up big time to come close to Madden. I'm pretty sure he will be good, but...Madden?

Barrow's words are high praise for Tony. But realistically, there will never be another Madden. Tony will have is own way of breaking down the action for the masses and most will find his analysis insightful but the cynics(which we have plenty of these days) will be looking to tear him down no matter how well he does is job. I think the combination of Jim Nantz and Tony will be a goldmine for CBS. I look forward to seeing if I'm right.

Or....

This is going to expose Romo as being a dolt that held this franchise back for a decade. We will soon learn the truth.

I just hope he doesn't try to dumb down his commentary to make the game simplier for everyone to understand. All that does is make you look like you don't understand the game yourself. Phil Simms was always guilty of this.;)

Simms solidified his rectum status when he teary eyed stated that he wouldn't say the word "Commanders" during his game analysis. What a putz

I am baffled that Tony Romo is this highly thought of.

I seriously had no clue he was that popular outside of Dallas.
