I would agree if most of the people ripping on him weren't stating Romo did this, Romo did that...

Well Romo never had a better season than Dak had last year...so...

EDIT: That is incorrect, Romo's 2014 was slightly better. But Dak also had 6 rushing tds to factor in.

And no he's not a better pure passer than Tony. But you said we were a run base offense because with Dak we can't be anything else, when in truth Dak had more passing attempts than Romo did in the same offense in 2014. Don't switch it after the fact.

Had no idea Romo was the perfect QB.

Many a game Romo cost the Cowboys victory in have seemingly been forgotten by all except lil OL me!

Dak ain't the answer. We stuck with that bum Romo during his bleep ups.

I'm a big believer in a great defense and a productive running game. That's a QBs best friend, whether you're talking about Alex Smith or Tom Brady. Even the Patriots tend to have really good Defenses and productive runners on their super bowl teams. Last year they had the #1 scoring D I believe? And blount their RB had 18 TDs.

Of course he's not Romo yet. Romo was one of the best QBs in the league year in and year out.

But don't forget that Romo had 3+ years to learn and improve before he was ever thrust into a game. Dak has shown enough promise (and then some) for the coaching staff and us as fans to allow him time to develop. I don't understand how this isn't a simple concept.

For some, what Dak is four games into year two = what he'll be in five years. It's just shortsighted.

he doesn’t have 5 years. He has this year and that’s it. We’re drafting a QB in the draft.

Keep doubting. Don’t be surprised when we take a qb in the draft. I bet there’s some rumblings on Cooper Rush going on. Dak was a nice story last year. You cannot survive with a bus driver and bad defense. This is going south fast. The tape is out on Dak. For our system to succeed we need a talented pocket passer.

He was acquitted of DUI. He denies the card stuff AND the company re upped him. So again, you have nothing.
