It now has been 28 games since the Cowboys last scored (a TOUCHDOWN) on defense. That would be the interception by Rolando McClain off of Tanneyhill the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Note that there was a safety scored by the Cowboys in that meaningless final game in 2015 against the Commanders.

It has also been 36 games since the Special Teams scored (a TOUCHDOWN). Kyle Wilber picked up a blocked punt in Philadelphia. Yes, the same game where Romo broke his collar bone for the second time.

I know that Romo is not everyone's favorite QB, but at least on occasion he had some help.

Come on defense and special teams, give Dak, Zeke, and everyone else some help.

You see, this is on a day when former Cowboy Barry Church picks off Big Ben and returns it 51 yards for a TD. He never did that for Dallas. Oh yeah, Claiborne had a pick also for the Jets. How many picks does Brandon Carr have for Baltimore?

How come they cannot produce in Dallas then go elsewhere and ball out?

Dallas is a GUTLESS football team.

It's really bizarre how our former DBs leave and all of sudden grow hands.

I'm starting to think its the way we play. Can't get picks at safety lining up 20-30 yards off the ball and the cb's 10 yards off the wr's. We are conservative.
There was a time when a number of Cowboy fans got on the case of one Roy Lee Williams. I could understand some of it. However, darn it, he pick off quarterbacks 20 times for the Cowboys - returning 3 to the end zone.

Defense puts little pressure on opponents. It's a "win" if they have to settle for 3 points.

I've been a Marinelli fan, and I think he has shown that he can make a little magic out of nothing, but I think it is time for a change as well. It's obvious that this is just not working out anymore. This defense can not be relied on. Ever. As soon as it was apparent that Green Bay got the ball back today at the end, I KNEW Dallas was losing the game. That, my friends, is pathetic.

Your exactly right. I really think its the system. It worked back in the 90's but not working today. I also knew we were going to lose the game when Rodgers got the ball back. We have to move on from Marinelli!
