It looks like Micah Parsons regrets being traded by the Dallas Cowboys

I wonder how GB feels about this
I doubt the team cares. Gone are the days when players worked another job in the offseason to make ends meet and players in rivals teams really had animosity for the rival. Now, the GB fans may be another story, but they’ll get over it after his first sack.

I think it comes down to Dallas being a better podcast market than Green Bay.

Anyone here been to Green Bay? Stadium is on the other side of a cul-de-sac. Not knocking it. I love the community and their support. It's just maybe that isn't enough for a playa like Micha.

Just because he has a good relationship with his former teammates and enjoys being around him does not mean he regrets being traded. Would Micah have been happy to get paid and stay in Dallas? Sure, he's made that clear. He and his agent even made a last-ditch effort to make that happen, when it was too late in Jerry's mind. Ultimately, like most players, though, he just wanted to be paid what his agent says he's worth.

These players look at the game much more from a business standpoint that fans do. Does George Pickens want to stay in Dallas? Sure, if he gets paid enough to do it. In that, he's no different than Parsons or any of the rest of them.
Im sure MP is happy with his deal and to be in GB.

All things being equal I bet he wishes he played his cards differently and was still in Dallas.

Possibly since Green Bay's year ended with a first-round playoff loss and he tore his ACL. He may think that wouldn't have happened here and his presence would have been enough for Dallas to also at least have reached the first round of the playoffs.

I don't think he has any particular attachment to Green Bay other than it is the team paying him the money to play the game.

Sometimes that green grass is bitter when you go to the other pasture

Regrets being traded to the Packers?..

That wasn't his choice

You can't regret things you didn't choose. You might not like that they happened.. but regret? No

We would never win anything as long as he was the best player/highest paid on defense. It is what it is. Green Bay won't either. I knew their defense was fraudulent when everyone called them elite. Elite defenses don't completely fold because 1 all pro gets hurt.

If he wasn’t friendly and buddies with his former teammates folks would be criticizing that and talking about how he is a bad teammate, etc.

Some of you will criticize no matter what he does.

It was on the interent so it has to be real. If you don't think micah misses dallas, then find another team, you losers.

I was always team Micah vs team Jerry. But maybe Jerry was right. I'd rather have $42 million and live in Dallas half the year than $47 million and live in Green Bay half the year.
This is very true. some people here thinks 48 millions as a Packers player is the same as 45-46 millions as a Cowboys player. As a Cowboys player you get all kind of attentions and even some other business opportunities. Just because you may make 2-3 millions dollars more in Green Bay but you also lost on other stuff.

if he's regretful now, just wait until training camp begins, and he's in the middle of nowhere compared to the metroplex

At least the Packers don’t need to leave town to hold training camp. The “metroplex” is such a ****hole Jerry takes the team to California for training camp.

This was true several years ago but has sort of lost its luster. For example Dak made less in endorsements last year than Trevor Lawrence per Sportico. There are still some perks of being a Dallas cowboy but I’m not sure it was what it once was….especially for the top guys in the league. They still get the business deals, the media attention, etc regardless of the market.

I imagine his only

its almost like money wasn’t the only factor and working for a team that doesn’t disrespect him, call him out of his name and label him as a liar and a troublemaker might be a more attractive option.
