It seems like Zeke is going to have to serve his suspension this season

For anyone paying attention, it seems like Zeke is going to have to serve his suspension this season. I think it’s BS but it is what it is.

Judging by the schedule, we can’t wait anymore.

If it is truly inevitable, we need him to start the suspension this week.

I don’t know if we beat the Chiefs without him but...

Giants
Commanders
Raiders

Only 1-2 playoff teams there, I think we can go 4-2 without him in that span. The division is going to be tough without Zeke...but we can easily be a very dangerous 10-6 or 11-5 wildcard team that plays well on the road. I want him back for Seattle and the last Philly game...the Seattle game especially may have significant playoff implications. Eagles could be resting by then.

Now I hope we have him all year, I think we compete for the division with him but if this suspension truly is inevitable...we should all feel relieved if the suspensions comes this week...any later could hurt our playoff chances.

I am not confident that there is any good stretch for us to plays sans Zeke. All the games above will be tough except for the Gmen, but nothing is promised. I agree that Zeke will miss some time, but next year sounds better to me. Wishful thinking I know.

Almost identical to the post I had in the thread announcing that Zeke was going to play on Friday. Agree wholeheartedly - this is a decent stretch if we're FORCED to not have Zeke for 6 games. He is irreplaceable, there is no good stretch to be missing one of the best players in the NFL. However, we can definitely win 3-4 of those games even without him.

If the defense plays like they did today, then the team will be able to win some games without Zeke.

But that’s a big IF.

Well he is in a New York court and one of 3 judges presiding over cases this week...ruled for the NFL in the deflategate case.

Again—nothing is confirmed but last week’s ruling really threw a wrench in him playing all season...in my opinion.

Stephen said on his radio show that they will know this week. What I think he meant is that they might tell him to take the suspension which to me is ludicrous! You can't count on making the playoffs! Remember when we waited on Romo's collar bone and didn't IR him because he was coming back for the playoff run?? At 4-12?? Lol. Stupid FO!
