The problem is, has been, and (until he's gone) always will be Jerry Jones. He has spent 20+ years doing what is best for his ego, not the Dallas Cowboys.
There will be no real changes. Jerry will not fire Garrett. He's either too senile or too proud to make any of the necessary changes to the culture or the leadership, so we will get more of the same for the foreseeable future.
For some reason, he's been getting a lot of love around here lately. "Ooooh, Jerry called Goodell a bad word and is taking on the NFL. Isn't he the coolest?"
No. He's not. He's turned the greatest franchise in football into a perennial laughingstock and has sucked all the hope out of the fan base. It's not fun anymore. Thanks Jerrah!
