It was awesome - you texas people are great

Just returned from a dream weekend trip with my son. Attended UT - Tech game on Sat. night and Cowboys game Sunday night. It was a dream come true. The Cowboy game was great .... I just hated the ending. The people in both places were great and we had a ball. I'll tell you one thing ... you Texans know how to party. We had a great time and I just wanted to say thanks for the hospitality shown to a couple of Upstate NY guys. You made our trip a great success. Thinking of making it a yearly trip. The stadium is beautiful. First time in Texas and definitely everything I dreamed it would be. Thanks Texas and GO COWBOYS!!!!!!!!

my brother and I went up for 2 baseball games last year.

Glad you had a good time Brickman. Hope your son loved Austin, and that he doesn't take up with one of those loose women there ... well if he does you can at least visit him. Hope you liked Billy Bob's. Next time you can ride the bull.

Kids flock to Austin. Those that can't get into UT go to Austin Community College, which has 33,000 enrollment. Don't know what the out-of-state tuition would be.

Oh yeah, next time around you might try Texas-OU weekend in Dallas. Maybe it will coincide with a Cowboys home game next year

Been to Texas a few times myself and I agree, Texas people are great. Everyone was very friendly and just put you in a good mood.

Glad you got the luxury to go to the greatest state in the union.

Remind me to take notes, I'll be making the same trip with my dad (though no UT game) in December. Literally the same, flying out of Rochester and everything.
