Building up, Building Up Building up the excitement of the draft keeps building up.

Who will they take, will they take someone I like or someone I dislike. Will it be a QB, how about an electric RB, maybe a top player like Ramsey or Jack...a defensive end or maybe someone we never seen coming. Will we trade up or down.

All kinds of questions and possibilities make this year so much fun.

I have already marked it on the calendar, have already scheduled Friday off, have already told the wife that there will be no honey do lists or projects for me on that long weekend.

Probably have the TV on ESPN, have the tablet on 105.3 the fan for the draft coverage and war room, unless they are doing it dallascowboys.com. Have the lap top sitting there for the zone.

NFL Network would be the whole draft although I don't have that channel right now .

ESPN and ESPN2 flip coverage from one channel to the other.

Not sure about the fan or dallascowboys.com but they normally start about an hour before the draft each day and go through the whole draft while occasionally showing the war room cam.

Here is the actual draft schedule

Round 1 on April 28 will start at 8 p.m..

Rounds 2 and 3 on April 29 will begin at 7 p.m.

Finally, rounds 4-7 will begin at noon on April 30.

Yep, cleared the schedule and prepared my war room.

Probably will have on ESPN as well, not sure if I can handle Mayock's lisp for the weekend.

Broaddus will have Brugler on for the entire draft I do believe so I will listen to them as well.

HDTV ready, tablet ready and pc all prepped for the draft weekend.

The wife is aware of the draft weekend festivities and the only item left is planning of the food menu.

Jerry and company always have these great lunches in the war room, bbq and what not, I must get something tasty indeed.

I have Monday through Wednesday to do all of that stuff. Although I have done stuff during the day on Thursday just to pass the time lol.

The only thing I hate about the coverage is when we get to the 3rd day and they skip the picks and go to the studio set etc. and then go back and say the last 5 picks are this.....hate that!

I cant wait either....Ive got Thursday-Sunday off, wife knows not to bother me, gonna get a bottle of Hennessy and a couple sixers of Shiner.....TV on ESPN but Muted, phone will have the "Draft Show" playing on the Cowboys App.....Never been more excited for a Draft, and never been this mysterious as to which direction we will go....gonna be fun.......and unless we trade back into the first, Friday should be almost as awesome.....Saturday I'll still do other stuff and just pay attention to our picks....Come Sunday I wont wanna watch any tv or look at my phone or laptop at all lol.....Monday will suck because now nothing interesting happens football wise for another almost 3 months til TC (OTAs and mini camps big whoop)

Draft weekend is always right around my birthday. This year my birthday's on Sat with rounds 4-7. So I'll be partying all weekend starting with Thursday night.
