You could get rid of the lot of players and start a whole new roster. That would not eliminate the culture. The only way that changes is if a certain private jet goes down with an entire family on board.

What people don't seem to understand is that Jerry likes mediocrity. 8-8 keeps his stadium full and the mo ey rolling in. Thats what matters.

He can't become a 3 or4 win team because people will start staying away and that costs him money. And there not much upside in having a dominant team because the stadium only holds so many people. If it's full at 8 wins, why win more?

It has been shown that psychologically, most people that promote a radical agenda or promote conspiracy theories have an overwhelming need to draw attention to themselves and to elevate their own sense of self-importance.

Not gonna happen or change anything until Jerry changes. I will say though, he looked really disappointed last night. Might have been a good showing, but once again we came up short and Jerry has to be pissed about missing out on the potential home playoff game revenues at the stadium...tell me that doesn't hurt or get his attention
