No way in a million years do we trade up for Ramsey... He's no Deion coming out of FSU. There are too many questions on him to trade up for. His hands are not great, his not fluid in his back pedal, he jumps for balls when he doesn't need to, he didn't have a lot of INT's in college, etc.... We need our 3rd round pick or whatever we would give to trade up.

Not really. Jerry said the staff had the highest grade on him for a DB that they'd had on a player since Deion. Meaning they had Deion graded higher. But they still, if true, thought more of Claiborne than they did of a lot of really good CBs. Oops.

The most overrated player in the draft. I would take Bosa or Jack over him. That is if I was dead set on defense.

If I was convinced he could play CB I would take him at 4. I wouldn't trade up for him. If I was guessing I would bet he is second on Dallas board behind Wentz with Bosa behind him.

I hope you are kidding. Many scouts don't even have him as the best CB in the draft. Trade up? Really? Maybe for the right QB, but not for a player that is not even the best at his position .

Ramsey's the consensus best CB and consensus best Safety in this draft. It'd be insane to trade up for him, but he's still a very good prospect. If the QBs are gone, that means he's very likely there for us in our laps. In which case we should be all over him.

I'd still rather have the QB, though.

And there's nobody in the draft I'd trade up for.

Our track record with DBs has been abyssmal. Carr and Clayborne especially.

If we are going to BLOW another high draft pick on the secondary I will puke.

QB, RB or DL are going to make a difference.

Everyone should open the post on DB breakdown. The guy mentions that Ramsey has problems flipping his hips. That's bad news for a corner. Especially if an NFL wr does a double move on him.
