He's now a free agent. His demands are pretty big, but either he or Sean Smith would make a nice bookend to OScan and allow us to move on from Carr.

Yea, look at the Carr contract, rinse mouth out 3 times and never speak of it again...
He wants 70mil+ to sign a long term deal...Bad, really bad.

Unless the market dictates that he lower his price, hell no.

Also in other news, there are rumors the Eagles signed Bradford to a two year deal.

What's it going to be then, eh?

I don't think he could have been tagged since he switched agents.

FA is going to be crazy this year. That sets the bar for Brock in Denver.

It is going to be an ugly year with teams having almost too much money to spend. Get ready for some insane deals. Osweiler should be interesting, it is not like the Broncos don't have issues getting Malik Jackson back and with Manning pulling his best Favre imitation.

So many teams have tons of cap room: Titans, Jags, Giants, Bucs, Raiders, etc.

Jenkins will get crazy money from one of these teams. No way the Cowboys will compete with these teams.

Nor should they.

Jenkins is a good, but not top-10 CB... And that's with a great pass-rush.

It would be a "Carr-situation" all over again.

Would anyone pay him now, in the neighborhood of $10-12 Million a season for a contract?

Well he makes more plays than Carr. But he gives up more plays too. A true feast or famine gambler. Somebody I don't think Marinelli/Garrett would be interested in. Although Jerry might be intrigued.

Bradford extension

"The deal is worth $36 million, with $26 million of that guaranteed, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter."

Dallas is spending their cap money on high production players like Carr. I guess that leaves them out of signing anything other than the usual bargain bin free agents. Rob Ryan is still getting his revenge.

y

That means he will have made over 100 million in his career, with 78 coming from rookie contract!!
