A 30-20 victory over the 49ers in the 1992 NFC Championship game in Candlestick Park. This coming Sunday, the game will be played on....

January 17th, 2010..........Exactly 17 years to the day.

Oh, great. Now we know the lead for Ed Werder's next report from Valley Ranch...

Favorite Cowboy game ever.

Did anyone here go to the free pep-rally before that game at Texas Stadium? It was great, 60,000+, going berzerk.

The pent up demand for a win was at an all time high after the drought of the 80's

Besides the Super Bowl victories, this is my favorite game. Two great teams battling it out. The drives in the third quarter were great, then when it looked liked SF was coming back, the long pass & run by Harper.

To me this was the 1992 Super Bowl.

Didn't say there was, just stating the date and saying it's coincidental that this Sunday falls on the same day.
