I didnt realize Clairbornes injury was a hammy. What is the deal with the Cowboys and hamstrings? I didnt see Miles on that list so I assume he is playing?

Hatch says stinger better but really bothering him. Seriously wondering if he can play. Doesn't know what to expect from it.

Rowan Kavner ‏@KavnerDC 3m
He said he couldn't really lift his arm after the game, but he'll try his best to be ready and it would take a lot to keep him out

Jason Hatcher not confident he'll be able to play Sunday. Still hasn't regained the strength in his left arm.
Jason Hatcher can't raise his left arm above shoulder level. He tried in the locker room and his arm started shaking.

Dez said "damn right" when asked if he was playing Sunday. He missed practice with a tight back.

Jon Machota ‏@jonmachota 8m
Morris Claiborne (hamstring) won't play Sunday but expects to be back after the bye week.

DeMarcus Ware practicing, wearing full pads.

Maybe it's just me, but anyone else notice that Dez has been running kinda stiff lately, while breaking away from defenders? He doesn't seem to have a smooth stride and the acceleration like he use to. I wonder if it's attributed to the back injury. Again, maybe I am just over analyzing it.

It doesn't sound good but I hope he plays, it would be nice to see Ware Hatcher playing together, we need lot of pressure on Brees.

Lets see, what is that, one day a week in full pads ow with the new CBA?

Next will be glorified walk throughs.

Followed by a fantastic flag football game. These athletes these days are much bigger and stronger, yes.

But, they are coddled and a bunch of pansies also. Geez.

Imagine our D with no Ware, Hatcher, Spencer and Ratliff. That was our starting lineup coming into the season. I don't think anyone imagined our starting D-line going into the week 10 Saints game would be Wynn-Nevis-Hayden-Selvie.

The "OL hammy delema" hope MC isn't getting advice from Miles on this one. Better be back for good after the Saints game where Brees will have 4 wide in that dome and we will have our three corners on it......that trade up so far looks like Jerrys worst move in the last 3 drafts.

Romo got a shot for his ribs before the game. Do the same thing with Hatcher's arm.

I bet he does as well, but the bigger question is how effective he will be?

Inside pressure is the key to disrupting Brees. Without Hatcher, I don't know where that inside pressure comes from.

It's not coming. Only way we are going to generate inside pressure without hatcher is blitzing the a gap.

I'm sure it's the back injury. Guys are catching Dez from behind -- that wasn't happening last year.

Hopefully the back tightness passes in short order.

Yes, let's hope so. Maybe the upcoming bye will help.

Hatch will play.. He's been too good this year not to play.. Would say a lot if he did too. Play through the pain. Use that anger of being in pain to crush the opponent..

Yes, and hopefully the coaches on the offensive side of the ball pull their heads out.. Run the ball more and keep the Saints O , as well as Dallas's defense off the field by sustaining drives..

it's been a rough year for defensive linemen injury wise.

I can't recall seeing another team take so many injuries to one unit as much as the Cowboys have. Be it last year with LB and OL to this year with DL. We don't lose 1 guy on the DL no we lose 3 and 4 to the point where we have to look to street FA.

Well, I *hope* it's a ruse. But, yeah, it seems more likely he'd be downplaying the stinger so they'd assume he'd be in the lineup if he were really hurting enough not to play, doesn't it? I say that mostly because a stinger that you played with the week before is the sort of thing you just expect a guy to play through if he possibly can, so saying he might not just sounds like sandbagging.

Then again, it's Hatcher. He's a dude that pretty much says what he thinks.

I'm starting to sound like The Sicilian from The Princess Bride, aren't I?

The banter would be horrible but if you start laughing like him I'll disown you. :)
