taylor can be had for the right price. The dolphins are long in the tooth at d-line, and are looking to stockpile draft picks and get younger. I know taylor is getting frustrated and wants to play for a winner badly. Also Nick saban may be leaving for alabama at season's end. He continues to deny it, but bama hasn't filled the vacancy and will make another hard push for saban at seasons end. Taylor maybe getting up in years, but he's still a dominate game changing player.

I love me some Jason Taylor but there's no way I would even consider giving up a high draft pick for him. Zach Thomas? He's seen better days but he's still tenacious. I'm thinking Bobby Carpenter, with a good offseason under his belt, is going to make you forget all about Thomas.

All I know is the Dolphins would not make that trade. I'd like to think most people would realize that. He's going to finish with one of the best seasons ever for a DE, so at this point his age is just a number.
