Last year, I honestly thought Witten was going to rip him to pieces right there on the practice field. Randle wanted no part of it.

I think it is better not to make comments like that, Getting to the SB is a series of Goals.
As you achieve each one it will eventually lead to the SB.
This current team and in past 10 years has not got past the divisional round.
goal 1. win enough games to get in playoffs
2. win all playoff games
3. win SB
This is the goal of all players and all teams, you dont need to talk about it just do it.
The main thing is just getting to the playoffs, and having a plan for what you want to do strategy wise once in the playoffs.

This one time when I have to side with a sterling quality example of focus and dedication, both. I think he states exactly where the focus is for quite a few of the top shelf players for Dallas.
