Glazer is not really saying anything other than he thinks based on previous statements that Zeke should be signed by wk 1.

Its also common sense, RBs don't need training camp and the deadline is Game 1. One of the beat writers on DC.com said that the Dallas FO believes "Deadlines make deals" and I think that is exactly what will happen.
