That's fine but I'm not believing anything about Jaylons nerve that is not followed by #cleareyeview
Or, directly from Jaylon's Nerve's Twitter account I'd add.

Translation: I made of fool of myself when I declared that Jaylon Smith would never play again. Now that it looks like that he is on his way to a full recovery and will play, I must attempt to save face by hoping that he suffers a catastrophic injury.Letting him play with this brace before the nerve is fully regenerated has disaster written all over it.
Uh, no. He is on the field in uniform against the Giants.
again...Broaddus can say whatever he wants. His record speaks for itself and you can't go back and change history. His feelings about this player and that draft pick are well documented. And they will come back to haunt him.
What would really be nice would be if they could give us a figure at what percentage he is at NOW. 80%? 90%?
I've addressed this before, but let me reiterate ---
From an actuarial point of view, complete peroneal palsy will typically result in a 10-15% disability assessment (whole person).
This represents a 25-35% disability of the leg.
Without specific evaluation specs, it can be derived through movement observation by this physician that Jaylon's peroneal function is at least at 90%, which equates to an approximate 3% disability or 97% function of the leg.
Despite the fact that the last bit of improvement takes the longest and his final level of recovery is not yet determined, it's quite likely that his peroneal nerve is now closer to 95%; that would put his leg function at 99%.
He will not need to be placed on IR or PUP, and he is under no increased risk of re-injury.
(This is totally different from the quick return to action that Romo made, with a partially healed fracture that refractured under the same load-bearing conditions. Jaylon's case should not be misinterpreted to be partially or incompletely healed; the ongoing changes are happening at the cellular level and are merely restorative.)
He'll be serving a one game suspension while the NFL investigates potential banned substances which may be causing the regeneration.
Stop it, let's see if he can play.
looking like a wasted pick.
The triple hammer
It's rare, Dave! @LocimusPrimeThe triple hammer
Thing is, he is gonna play, mon frere. If Jaylon doesn't play this year, it was indeed a wasted pick for a high second rounder.
