Personally pulled for them on this Team for 2013 and 14, but realistically nix them from 2015. Wish them the best.

Of course they could be nice role players as backups, but early on it looks like the talent upgrade is significant enough that they will fall to the waste side by the final 53 cut down.

However if they make the squad it's really not a disappointment or a detrimental occurrence enough for soap boxers to complain from glass houses, as their role will likely be diminished.

Breaking News - both are really good fellas that have taken a lot of crap in Dallas for simply exceeding expectations.

Thanks and Good Luck finding a solid niche' in the NFL, but Dallas looks stuffed to the gills full of potential at the DL, and upgraded significantly with Byron Jones and other promising DBs like Pattmon comming on strong ....but you were appreciated by true fans, and if one can claw his way on THIS YEARS final roster, then you're a Daisy if you do.

When exactly did this happen? I ask honestly because Nick Hayden is literally the worst starter we have on defense. If he is exceeding expectations the rest must have destroyed theirs.

While Heath gets a lot of crap for his rookie year starting, I don't want him cut nor do I think he will be. The depth at safety is nowhere near good enough to cut Heath, who btw is a very good ST player.

Hayden probably won't be cut. Should he be? Absolutely. At this point I'm expecting him to be the starting 1T game 1. If it was up to me I would roll with youth and let Ken Bishop start and if he can't handle the job, its not difficult to find a Hayden level player in season sitting at home. There's probably a good chance Hayden might be sitting around hoping for a call like that anyways.

I actually have always like Hayden, unlike the rest of the CZ bunch. Heath I could trade for Heath Bar however.

I don't think Heath will get cut. I just don't see us having that kind of depth at safety and also consider he contributes on ST.

Hayden could very well end up gone, but I wouldn't be surprised if he stays either.

Can we get one of the zoners to make a montage of both of their non-highlights?

Would be almost as good as Brandon Weeden's youtube reel.

Hayden does look appreciably bigger in his core and bubble. I am obviously not a big fan but I cannot deny his effort. I can see why coaches feel like he does things 'the right way.'

I just don't want to see our NT get washed out on run downs. Hearing Marinelli describe him as another LB out there made me want to cry. Few things have caused me this much cognitive dissonance ever.
