Everyone knows that a certain chemistry must exist between a quaterback and a wide-receiver. Some people call it "timing," "rythmn," or Jena Si Qua.
Troy Aikman and Michael Irvin, Joe Montana and Jerry Rice, Terry Bradshaw and Lynn Swann ...they all had it!

They had "it" ...what was it? Mutual desire for championship performances(perhaps); admiration for one another (probably); luck (maybe) ...but they certainly all had it -- they are all famous!

But what was it that made those QB & WR partnerships become famous ...and could those have also become notoriously infamous. I can think of two such partnerships right away ...

Jeff Garcia & Terrell Eldorado Owens

Donovan McNabb & Terrell Eldorado Owens

Now the window of opportunity/disaster avails itself to another QB & WR duo ...Drew Bledsoe & Terrell Eldorado Owens.

Famous or infamous ...you make the call. Do they have "it?"

Silly eagle fan. Allow this highly enlightened Cowboys fan to... enlighten you.

Je ne se qua is how it is spelled my lowly friend. :)

Bledose and Owens have it. As they are already developing a rapport with eachother off the field. They are excited to play together and they will make music.. Sweet music...

Replace Bledsoe name with McNabb and this quote sounds very much like what was coming out of Philly. McNabb and TO were suppose to be buddies

well, we wont know if they have it until game time.

But what IT is, i would say its knowing what ech other is going to do, being on the same page as far as thinking.

I played with this one QB and when we got near the endzone he would look at me and call "Hoov" and nod his head, i knew he wanted me to run a short hook right across the goal line and drop to my knees and he would put the ball about 2 feet off the ground where no one else could reach in and touch it. It was a TD every time.

A glooming peace this morning with itbrings;
The sun, for sorrow, will not show his head.
Go hence to have more talk on these sad things;
Some shall be pardon'd, and some punish'd:
For never was a story of more woeThan this of McNabb and his T.O.

Seriously, man. We've established this already. Mcnabb is not even close to being the leader that Bledsoe is. No offense PT. McNabb is one of the... passive aggressive types that lets things fester. I have not seen him get hot and heated about anything, and the fact that he pulls the race card on things is ridiculous IMO. Anyone that throws the race card around with no foundation is pretty classless.

You may be right I'm just saying a lot of what our fans are saying is the same stuff that was coming out of Philly.

Actually, it's spelt "Je ne sais quoi" which literally translates to "I don't know what". "Je" = "I", "ne" is a negative preposition which turns the verb it precedes into the negative form, "sais" = the conjugated form of "savoir" used with the pronoun "I" and it means "know", and "quoi" means "what" (object).

And T.O. knows Bledsoe is going to throw him at least 120 balls and Bledsoe knows T.O. will catch 115 of them including 15 TD's. Ensemble, ils tueront Carlos Rogers, Lito Sheppard, Sam Madison, etc.

Of course they were said my friend! TO is the best WR playing right now hands down. And they were right, the Eagles got to the SB. But the leadership.. or lack thereof that McNabb is capable of caused things to head the opposite of North.

I don't see Dallas turning into "Air Parcells" I think those numbers are a bit high or our running game sucks so bad that we don't have a choice but to throw the ball.

Your French is "Magnifique" ...your English is challenged! By the way ...who is Bledose (perhaps the French version); and did you pick him up in the draft, my "highly enlightened Cowboys fan?!":rolleyes:

I know what you are saying. Grammar and spelling police don't normally belong on a Football site. I just couldn't let the first smarty pants get off the hook.
