I could just imagine Jerry telling T.O. that Dallas is a special franchise and the star is more than just a star....(remember Woodson's retirement PC) that was great....he wanted to talk about the star and org... not the SB's.....etc... etc...

Telling T.O. he is part of something really special. His career starts NOW!

Everything else was an audition. You are in the big show.

I think TO saw that Jerry Jones has a personal relationship with his players, and making him the potentially highest paid receiver in NFL history (with incentives), sure did help.

But I do think that Bill had very little to say about this, because he probably figured if JJ wants him - JJ is going to get him.
