They already know everything they are going to know about Wentz. They coached him at the senior bowl. But its good news that they are actually quite serious about taking a QB at 4 and are really scrutinizing Goff to see if he is worthy of the pick or not. Lets hope its not to trade up for him if they like him.

Almost everything I saw on Twitter was Rams move was specifically for Wentz so this makes sense..CYA. I'd love for Goff to land with us but doubt it. Cle could take him but I posted a quick post trade Top 5 from LZ showing them taking Bosa and D could be a possibility if they actually think they can use RG3 vs starting another rookie who gets killed. Tunsil makes no sense there because you don't draft him to play RT with Joe Thomas at LT. So it does make sense for CLE to get Goff and us to have choices elsewhere. Also just read this

I do think we didn't know as much about him as we should have. I'm sure the scouts had their reports and they had all his history and
the coaches would have been familiar with his career. They didn't bring him in and they didn't work him out personally I believe.

It will also be fun watching Jerry hire security to keep Romo from running out to the huddle after he has been told , its time for the next QB.....
