Jerry, do you want to help save the 2019 season?

Simple solution to try to save the season if Amari Cooper and Cobb are out with injury for a while...

Bring Dez back. Seriously.

This receiving corps is in trouble with its 2 veteran WRs (Cooper and Cobb) out with lengthy serious injuries. Bring Dez back if he is healthy. He knows the system and would help this offense with the pass against a very tough schedule that is about to start.

What say you?

No. Activate Devin Smith instead.

Dez catches the Amari/Gallup drops from the last two games. He'd also be lighting a fire under his teammates during the Jets game instead of taking a nap on the sidelines like some of our current "leaders" *cough* Amari/Zeke *cough*. I miss having a player that genuinely cared about this franchise.

To be fair, Dez was known to drop a pass or two..., but he definitely would go all out, be a threat short-to-intermediate & the red zone, plus he definitely would light a fire on this team.

No doubt our offense is hurting without 2 of our receivers and 2 tackles. Dak and our offense is less effective without all of our stars. He made a valiant comeback but against tougher opponents it might not be close.

Remember we were 3-4 without Cooper last year. If Dak continues getting knocked around he’ll be the next one getting hurt. Sure, I’d bring Dez back.

Cedrick Wilson and Devin Smith will have to be the ones to fill in for Cooper and Cobb.

They'll simply need the reps in practice to get fully prepared for their new assignments.

Yes but the talent drop off is painfully visible. I’d challenge our OC to scheme shorter quicker routes to offset the pressure Dak is receiving without our 2 Tackles.

With the non-accurate passes that our WR face weekly only the guy below will be able to save the day.....

Dez is poison to the locker room. He runs poor routes and refuses to do better. He's no solution at all.

No 1 player is going to right this ship. This is a systemic problem. They all got full of themselves after beating up on bottom feeders who had no game film on Kellen Moore's offense. The book is out there now on him and SURPRISE!, it's just Garrett's offense with more motion and play action.

Add that to Garrett's history of having unprepared teams and poor decision making, along with ownership that refuses to send him packing, a completely overrated Kris Richard and Kellen Moore, and an undersized defense that gets exposed when we don't have a lopsided TOP and you have the 2019 Cowboys.

Garrett continues to be the common denominator in the failure of this team (aside from Jerry, but hey, serenity for things you cannot change, right?) How many HoF players and SB contender quality teams have suffered this fool to their early, trophy-less demise?

I've been a huge critic of Dak in the past (mostly just to needle the people that blamed Romo for not being able to overcome the same systemic problems) but Dak is a damned good QB. I promise you though, he's going to end up with the same number of trophies as Romo did as long as Garrett is the man in charge.
