thats why we have a bunch of stupid players that have talent...its pretty simple...he is the one pulling the trigger on all of these players...he has the final say...ROMO, TO, ROY W,, PACMAN, O LINEMEN...ROY W...THE SAFETY, ETCETCETC..cant think on their feet...they are the ones who drove parcells out for the most part....we are in trouble people

It's called an IQ test or have one-on-one convos at the combine. The Patriots do this with their players through draft and know the smart players thru free agency like Harrison, Seau, Vrabel, etc. who are past their prime but dont make alot of mental mistakes or penalties.

Well, they do have the Wonderlic test, for what that's worth! And the Cowboys do have one-on-ones at the combine.

I don't think the players are dumb...I just think that this year, after the success they had last year, 12, 13 probowlers or what not, went to everyone's head...from the coaches all the way down to the players.

I think they thought they were all that and then some. Even the press was giving the SB to the Cowboys!

And, add in all the freak injuries and you have what we have this year.

But, yeah, it's all on Jerry...I guess.

And that was when computers were just in the first stages of use!

In those days, computer were not as powerful as todays calculators...but the Cowboys used them to their advantage.

Now, like you said...everyone does it.
