Just kick him upstairs. Give him some title like VP of player personnel or something like that. Make him part of the draft process. He's been good at upgrading the talent level of the team. He just does not know how to maximize that talent.

Just get him out of the locker room and off the field.

I wouldn't mind Garrett in the front office... In fact, I'd think he'd excel there. I like the draft as of late and his pick of coaches have been decent. Callahan is arguably the best o-line coach in the league. Marinelli has had dominant defenses at stops and Linehan has had dominant offenses at stops. We just need a head coach that adds something to the equation. I trust Garrett in picking a coaching staff much more than actually being part of one.

Wake up dude. Jerry will not fire him.

Kicking him upstairs is a compromise move. It gets him off the field. It allows another HC and coordinators to be hired.

Your other option is that Garret stays exactly where he is.

Either Garret stays as HC, or he's moved to the front office. Jerry will NOT fire him

Firing Garrett is not the point. You saying he is the one that upgraded the roster shows just how clueless you are.

I love how no matter how bad we are we still pretend we're crazy talented.
